Before you register

What every rider should know

  • Doors open at 10:00 AM. The first ATV leaves at 11:00 AM, and the event ends at 6:00 PM.
  • Bring proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's licence.
  • ATVs and side-by-sides are welcome.
  • Approximately 40% of the route is on public roads. Multi-rider ATVs must be legal two-up models.
  • All drivers and riders must follow Ontario ATV laws.
  • Refunds and cancellations are accepted until 5:00 PM on September 18, 2026.

ATV Run Waiver and Release - September 19, 2026

1. Waiver

In consideration of the furtherance of your purposes, objectives and work, and in consideration of your permitting me to participate in the Trout Creek Lions ATV Fundraiser and Poker Run on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against you, Lions Club of Trout Creek, the municipalities through which the Trout Creek Lions ATV Fundraiser and Poker Run takes place, as well as any person, associated service club, sponsoring companies, associated ATV clubs and their members, participants, entrants, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns for any and all injuries to myself and/or damage to my property which I may suffer taking part in the Trout Creek Lions ATV Fundraiser and Poker Run or as a result thereof.

I also consent to the use of my name and/or pictures being used for publicity of this event on the Club website or in local newspapers.

A participant under the age of 18 must have this form countersigned by a parent or guardian. As a parent and/or legal guardian, I give permission for the participant named in this registration to participate in this event on the basis of the conditions set forth in this waiver.

2. Schedule D - Ministry of Natural Resources Release and Indemnity

In consideration of being permitted to travel on Crown trails/roads and public roadways as shown on the provided map for the purposes of participating in the Trout Creek Lions Club ATV Fundraiser and Poker Run on September 19, 2026 between the hours of 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, the undersigned do hereby release, remise and forever discharge His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario, His officers, servants and agents from all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses whatsoever which the undersigned or any of the executors, administrators and assigns of the undersigned have or hereafter can, shall or may have against them or any of them, for or by reason of any loss, damages or injury, including death, of any nature or kind whatsoever and howsoever caused, which may arise directly or indirectly by reason of or be attributable to the use of the aforesaid roads by the undersigned for the purpose of participating in the event.

The undersigned have read and understand this release of liability for travelling on the aforesaid trails/roads. The undersigned certify that they are at least 18 years of age or have had this acknowledgement completed by a parent or guardian.
